Urgently looking for Marketing Head - Cosmetic Industry for Mumbai location.  Job Description:  - Contribute appropriately as the head of the Marketing team to the delivery of overall strategic planning and achieve objectives of the Company   - Work on Marketing Mix, Creative strategy, New Product Development and Portfolio Management to ensure delivery of brand objectives- Market Share, Gross Margin, Consumer Measures and Brand Financials   - Undertake ongoing analysis and review of performance of products, channels, segments and regions to assist in identification of relevant trends, key issues and/or opportunities   - Work with the Sales team to develop promotional initiatives to profitably increase market share within budgeted cost parameters   - Monitor competitive brand, communications and product development activities and to actively share key findings internally   - Liaise with advertising /Research/media agencies to develop campaign and achieve brand objectives   - Coordinate with technical/supply chain /perfumers/R&D with regard to cost efficient sourcing and product development   Qualification: Should be a Graduate with an MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management  Preferred Age: 32 to 40 years  Experience:  10 to 16 years prior experience in a reputed FMCG company, preferably in the Home and Personal Care segment.  Important : New Product Development, New Product Launch and Team Management is Must for this role.  CTC : As per standard  Interested candidates please send your resume to vasim@teamlease.com or call on 022-33653162 for further clarification  Or Connect me on linkedin http://in.linkedin.com/pub/vasim-nawab/34/836/69b for further assignment  Vasim Nawab
