Job Description:

Sales & Business Development:

- Manage the overall responsibility of leading the new business acquisition in Provider Market (Hospitals, Health Systems, LT care / assisted living, large practices, surgery centers) including the ownership of P&L - revenues and margins

- Identify market opportunities and define plan to increase penetration in the Provider market

- Drive revenues from new clients in Provider Market

- Develop sales strategy for specific market / client segment

- Identify new prospects within Provider market and conduct independent sales meetings

- Support marketing efforts in Provider market (incl. key solution and services focus, marketing collateral etc.)

- Work with Delivery organization to scope solutions

- Work closely with CitiusTech consulting team to scope solutions and services

- Lead contract discussions / negotiations

- Lead / Participate in trade shows / conferences and represent CitiusTech in market facing forums such as media publications and events

Sales & Account Management team:

- Work with sales and account teams in collaborating with customer executive teams to acquire and grow the business

- Work as a strategic partner with the senior management to improve customer acquisition and retention

- Hire / Build effect sales and account management team

- Lead sales and account management team and ensure effectiveness of all members

- Groom, motivate and conduct performance appraisal of team

Client / Partner relationships management:

- Manage client relationship - including onsite review meetings at client site

- Evaluate business opportunities and establish, develop & maintain relationships with channel partner/affiliates

- Identify and scope growth opportunities within the relationship

- Lead and manage technology partnerships and joint sales opportunities

Location: Princeton, NJ (preferred) with frequent travel up to 60- 70% outside office

Required Experience / Skills:

- 15+ years of overall experience in the IT/Software industry

- Strong / Recent experience in consultative selling in the US Provider market

- Experience in building and leading sales and account management teams
