Fellowship Programme

- We are looking for passionate people who will thrive in our creative environment and challenge accepted views.

- This fellowship programme is 6 months long and designed to give people, with 2+ years of experience, a comprehensive and challenging ground within the business and a unique perspective on the private equity industry. The environment is centred around the design of a proprietary investment opportunity and building a business around it.

- You will gain exposure primarily on the asset management side which is key to understanding how our businesses operate and appreciating the challenges they face. You may also be exposed to the deal environment and investor relations from time to time. You will be working directly and closely with Managing Directors and Investment Professionals.

- At the end of this fellowship programme, fellows will have a chance to take up a permanent role in the business.

About You

You are someone with excellent academic credentials with a desire to learn how to run a business; the domain of education is close to your heart and you wish to make an impact using your core understanding of the education ecosystem. You have taken risk and displayed exceptional achievement in a domain of education/entrepreneurship

What Will You Get

Responsibilities

1. Marketing Lead for the School Asset

- Conducting a thorough analysis of the catchment area around the school asset.

- Designing a detailed Marketing Strategy/Calendar for the school asset.

- Develop a detailed Marketing Budget for the school.

- Ensuring smooth execution of the marketing calendar. Strong relationships with school vendors.

- Preparing timely MIS for management review.

- Providing strategic insights w.r.t. enhancing the outcome of the marketing strategies.

2. Operational Supervisor for the School Asset

- Understanding all the systems and processes of the school.

- Timely conducting detailed quality check audits on the processes and presenting a detailed report of the observations to the management.

- Design a quality audit calendar.

- Providing valuable insights to the management for enhancing the efficiency of the systems and processes.

- Implementing key projects for developing systems and processes for operational efficiency of the school asset based on business requirement.
