Manufacturing Operations - FMCG/Pharma/Dairy

- Responsible for manufacturing operations, Capacity expansion projects, Process Cost Improvement and IE analysis.

- Establish plant policies and procedures.

- Responsible for plant production & GMP goals.

- Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.

- Provide leadership and direction to manufacturing team on manufacturing platforms and processes.

- Provide support to R&D and Engg. for New Product/ Process development

Desirable Experience:

1. Green/brown Field Project exposure

2. Led a production team for amid size plant

Qualification:

1. Education: MBA in Industrial Technology - Operations/ M Tech/MS/ Masters of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical and instrumentation Engineering )

2. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in FMCG / Pharmaceutical/Healthcare and Dairy industry
