- Devise and implement strategies to provide direction to build harmonious Industrial Relations, establish and manage a work environment that ensures employee engagement and satisfaction.

- Handles recruitment of Faculties, Paramedical Staffs & Nurses Under MCI Norms

- Manage all the functions of the units with respect to HR, Industrial relations and administrative functions at Corporate and Unit level.

- Develop HR solutions supporting the retention and development of manpower.

- Co-ordinate effectively and work towards enhancement of industrial relationship.

- Formulate novel and affable HR policies. Devise strategies supporting optimum utilisation of potentialities available.

- Conduct performance appraisal, identify areas requiring improvements and accordingly plan the action plan for improvements.

- Work towards planned manpower growth. Plan promotions and separation.

- Work towards continuous development of HR infrastructure, processes and procedures.

- Analyse business proposals, forecast future manpower requirements and accordingly devise action plan.

- Recruit skilled and result oriented employees.

- Manage employee welfare and maintain cordial relationship among employees within the Organisation.

- Attain maximum employee satisfaction level, maintain employee motivation, carry out disciplinary action and ensure security.

- Conceptualise and initiate projects to improve the quality of life and working conditions for the workforce.

- Implement computerisation in the HR department to enhance quality of performance

- Ensure compliance to statutory bodies such as ESI, PF.

- Ensure compliance to labour laws and negotiate on long-term wage settlements.

Salary Range: 10 - 20 LPA
