- Understanding and experience of various models of delivery under Principal Contracting.
- Lead client interactions and manage the process of preparing presentations, proposals, negotiations etc.
- Ability to evaluate project specific risks and associated financial implications.
- Preparation of marketing collaterals.
- Internal approval process of project initiation.
Operations - Clear understanding and experience on the following
- Overall responsibility of delivering projects under Principal Contracting
- Manage internal teams and ensure compliance to internal & client processes
- Engage with clients and ensure projects are completed to satisfaction
- Risk identification and mitigation during project execution
- Liaison with 3rd party vendors for statutory compliance - CBRE & Vendors
- Manage the process of empanelment of Architect & Vendor. Process to include RFI, PQ, negotiations and agreement(MSA/MOU).
- Manage Project commercials including project profitability, CBRE invoices and vendor payments(post certification)
- Taxation structure with regional variations
- Applicable insurances and warranties - CBRE & Vendors
- Cost benchmark data which is updated quarterly. Continuous liaison with vendors for real-time rates for items like carpet, furniture etc.
- Weekly update on progress/report on all ongoing projects.
