Specific Duties Include:   - Optimization of customer satisfaction/ loyalty through improved operations   - Implementation of productivity/ quality metrics and of initiatives designed to minimize costs and enhance efficiency   - Recruiting, hiring, coaching and developing staff   - Business planning and collaboration with global staff on local activities   - Improvement of quality by implementing best practices and identifying new/ needed skills, processes, or methods   The role requires building strong internal partnerships and the ability to assess any performance gaps that occur due to lack of ownership and/ or execution. The overall objective is to drive impact and adoption through exemplary process design, improvement, and leadership skills using proven best practice techniques and methodologies. In addition the final candidate should:   - Develop and implement solutions for meeting the required Customer Service Levels in the areas of process mapping, division of labor, and the allocation of technology/ tools across the business supported by the global development teams.   - Foster an environment in which procedures are examined and reengineered and new strategies and procedures related to production are developed and implemented.   - Lead teams of leaders to optimize the best use of internal and external resources to meet corporate objectives.   - Deliver solutions on time, within plan maintaining top notch quality.   Requirements  - Experience in starting up and growing a business with 10+ years managing direct reports and vendor relationships in a rigorous and disciplined operational environment.   - Relevant professional services industry experience.   - 5+ years of General Management experience.   - Experience working with US headquartered companies is a plus.   - Strong English language written and verbal skills are required.   Education  The finalist candidate should have a graduate degree. An MBA is preferred.
