Manager – Business Development & Exports

Reports to - Head Marketing

Purpose

- Identify & develop new business with target export customers as per LRP

- Lead export marketing function and achieve targets as per policy

Key result areas

a) New business development & customer addition as per LRP

b) Sales & collection

c) Customer satisfaction

d) Outbound logistics management (Export : freight & warehousing)

Role description

a) RFI & RFQ management

b) Export sales planning and execution

c) Understand customer needs , monitor competitor activity , develop LRP for sales along with business planning and align department / organisation per LRP needs

d) Identify and execute contracts with logistics providers (exports)

e) To lead , train and develop account managers & executives in above functions
