Job Details:

Overall Responsibilities

- Assist the Head of Processing - Global Wealth Management Operations for Standardising processes and controls across Countries and GBS locations.

- Improve all WM Processes managed out of Countries and GBS locations through digitisation and system enhancements.

- Help to build/enhance functionalities in the processing systems (T24, IOPA, UTS, STRAUSS, etc.) and assist in a smooth rollout of systems through engagement with the group technology team as well as teams in Hub and assistance at every stage of the project.

- Work with support functions to provide appropriate platform to communicate the implementation of various projects.

- Provide post rollout support to the countries and GBS locations to address system related issues, user training, and timely completion of change requests.

- Co-ordinate with countries to understand automation requirement to support business growth and improve processes/controls; work with the group technology team on system enhancements and manage end to end process of UAT and rollout in countries.

- Process documentation incorporating system functionalities and controls.

- Support the Operations teams in terms of managing the operations effectively (including volume, staff, risk management etc).

- Engage with all internal & external stakeholders to achieve digitisation and automation targets.

- Represent Wealth Management Operations in various group forums wherever necessary

- Support the Operations & Business teams for the launch of new initiatives (product, system and geographies), risk assessment, process re-engineering, etc.

Qualifications and Skills

- Graduation / Post Graduation

- 8 to 12 years of Experience in Wealth Operations/Processes.

- Good knowledge of Global Wealth Products/Processes

- Knowledge of T-24, Model Bank

- Knowledge of streams of Projects and Project Management

- Prior experience of co-ordination or management of project rollout will be advantageous

- Ability to drive and implement change
