Designation: Manager  Process Overview-   TCOE- Testing Center of Excellence is center for Operation & Credit Risk, Risk Analytics, Compliance Testing, Independent testing, Sampling and Reporting for effectiveness of Home Loans and Consumer Business.   Enterprise Independent Testing: The Enterprise Independent Testing area performs independent compliance testing of statistically valid samples or automated testing of full populations.  Job Description-   Home Loans Credit Testing performs a re-verification of documentation in the mortgage loan file. The purpose of the re-verification is to evaluate the validity and quality of the information used in the original underwriting decision and to protect Bank of America against fraud and misrepresentation. The re-verification process is required by investors/insurers and the bank.  The Job function is to complete prep work for stateside testers. The team is responsible for creating bookmarked PDFs, performing Re-verifications and also responsible to analyze the Reverifications received and update findings accordingly. Understanding of all mortgage related documents is mandatory.  Individual will perform as a Segment Leader, who will be required to perform few or all of the below mentioned activities by working with multiple stakeholders and adhering to Change methodology along with timely completion of projects by themselves or their team.  Responsibilities-   - Preparation of results reports and dashboards, presentation for senior management and leadership team.  - Validate the current risk and compliance procedures and identify probable gaps and issues in the existing procedures.  - Monitor QC results and other business manufacturing quality reporting/metrics to determine risk trends, actively advise/ approve QC process and policy, and design monitoring routines data/analytics reporting  - Manage Operations team and work as a mentor to the team for various business and technical acumen   - Manage the individual development and performance management of the employees in the team  - Manage onshore and offshore stakeholders for managing process level activities  - Work with India leadership team to manage department level initiatives   - Conduct routine team meetings  - Ensuring timely resolutions of Queries/clarifications  Requirements-   - Graduates or Post-Graduates   - 12+ years of experience with financial or banking industry   - Associate should have an understanding of US Mortgage and brief knowledge about auditing procedure.  - Assist with preparation of compliance testing results; communicate findings and recommendations to Onshore Team Leads.  - Execute, organize, and prioritize testing in a timely manner ensuring monthly deliverables are achieved while maintaining target accuracy ratios  - Good with Data Capturing, Process Documentations, Data Retention; monthly One on One- s, Performance appraisal, updating RSA, ORM etc.   - Good understanding of Home loans, consumer banking and US federal laws and regulations.  - Proficiency with MS Office suite with strong experience in Excel and Excel VBA or statistical tools like R, Tableau to perform data analytics, pivot tables, lookups and external data source connections.  - Strong research, analytic, reasoning and problem solving skills  - Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.  - Experience in completing projects as per deadline.  - Excellent People Management skills  - Ability to rapidly assess and re-prioritize work  - Able to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously while being flexible and responsive to changing environments  - Relationship management skills to work across many areas of the organization with the ability to relate to people and work in ad-hoc teams.  - Ability to recommend and implement process control improvements.  - Strong customer service focus and time management skills  - Flexible to shift changes at short notice.  - Willingness to learn and adapt to changes   Desired skills-   Operational Risk and Compliance experience will be added advantage  - Prior Home Loan QC/QA/Testing Experience desirable.  - Audit experience a plus  - Strong Documentation Skills  - Good in Excel and PowerPoint.  - Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment  - Proactive and eye for detail  - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and ability to maintain good working relationships   - Good time-management skill and facilitation skills   - Logical reasoning ability and influencing skills  - Strong execution skills and ability to see projects through to closure within timelines  - Good business acumen/ ability to understand a domain/ process quickly basis high level discussions with LOB representatives  Work Timings- 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM  Job Location- Mumbai
