Manager - Urban Infrastructure Advisory

Job Description

Work independently on consulting projects/ assignments; manage different aspects of project management including quality, timelines,profitability of execution, client satisfaction / relationship, collections,etc.

Work on financial and commercial analysis, with ability to critically review sector trends, company financials, regulations, financial projections, sector and company assessments and risk analysis.

Support in outreach activities by writing articles, in-house research, working on business development pitches / co-ordination and participating in business development meetings.

Stay alert to changing customer needs and give feedback for business development in terms of identification of new concepts / products / tools / services relevant to the market and support development of new specific offerings.

Support the Associate Director / Director on assignment modules

Desired Candidate Profile

Education-

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:MBA/PGDM - Finance, PG Diploma - Any Specialization, Other

Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required

4 - 7 years of relevant experience in research / management consulting

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Client management abilities

Ability to work on numbers and understand sector / company trends to derive business insights

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments simultaneously

Proficiency in project management and evaluation techniques

Well versed in their sector/ sub sector and have independent view on likely future developments
