Job Description :

- Ensuring timely completion of transaction quality checking as per sampling strategy for F&A domain

- Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making

- Conduct process documentation as per ISO standards

- Driving customer satisfaction and quality by the use of improvements to business processes / procedures

- Prepare and publish Monthly Quality Audit reports

- Recommend & implement Corrective & Preventive actions for Customer Comebacks/Internal errors/Missing SLA targets

- Deployment of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies across processes

- Understanding team challenges and deployment of financial controls (Wherever Required)

- Drive continuous improvement initiative through ideation, kaizen and Six sigma projects

- Deploy 5s and lean tools for process enhancement

- Ensuring completion of monthly compliance audits as per process requirement

Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency :

- Any Graduate / PG.

- Good Communication/Presentation Skills

- Green Belt Certified Preferred / Green Belt Trained Mandatory.

- Candidates only from an F&A - Background, with prior work experience in F&A - AP - P2P/AR-O2C.

Willingness to work in evening Shifts : 5.30 PM - 2.30 PM / daylight savings : 6.30 PM -3.30 PM

- Thorough knowledge of applicable Accounts Receivable/ Record to Report systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures.

- Proficient in Microsoft office and should have ability to create and present dashboards.

- Very high focus on implementation - essential for process delivery as per SLAs.

- Good People Management Skills.

- Prior experience in Process Improvement Methodologies.

- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

- Strong problem solving skills, sound accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.

- Analytical and Numerical Ability - Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division quickly and accurately.
