Training Manager - US Based KPO (Mortgage Banking) - Bangalore (6-12 yrs)

Key Role & Responsibility :

- Training need analysis

- Design of training content

- Delivery of training content

- Assessment of training effectiveness

Skills Needed :

- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of US Mortgage processes

- Excellent track record in training content design and training need analysis

- Should be able to interact with senior stakeholders and establish oneself as an authority in the are of training/L&D

Office Location : Near Silk Board Junction (1 Km towards electronic city)

Office Time : 12 PM to 9 PM

Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA
