Manager - Training - eCommerce

Currently hiring Manager Training- E-Commerce Company (Mumbai)

Responsibilities :

- Identifying training and development needs within an organization,

- Designing and expanding training and development program mes, conducting appraisals

- Creating training materials for in-house courses with the right mix of classroom and practical training,

- Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, researching new technologies and methodologies.

Desired profile :

- Bachelor's degree in education, human resource or relevant field, minimum 10 years of experience in imparting training. Preferably to logistics, transportation, fulfillment operations and call center staff,

- An exposure to the Grocery home delivery business will be beneficial
