Role:

- Training Needs Identification and Analysis

- Facilitate scheduled and adhoc training delivery

- Identify and coordinate with vendors/institutes to provide external training programs as per unit requirement

- MIS, Reports, Dashboards

- Training Effectiveness measurement

Requirements:

- MBA(HR) with 8-10 yrs of experience in Training & Development preferably at a Leading IT Company

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Ability to take ownership and multitask
