This role is for APAC region, there would be extensive travelling involved across APAC region.   Experience of handling APAC region is a must.  Candidate with wireless/LTE/wimax/wifi industry experience is preferred/required.  Tasks for Training Manager  1 Prepare basic course material and create an equipment BOM for one student  2 Identify trainig companies in all 5 regions  3 Train the trainers from company using Internal resources  4 Kick start the training  5 Monitoring and contineous improvement  6 Update course material and equipment BOM (internal resource)  7 Coordinate Cambium marketing to advertise/socialize training classes.  8 Coordinate with country distributors to market, socialize  9 Coordinate all logistics around physical location(hotel vs disti office) and invites etc.  10 Figure out marketing incentives etc to drive attendance. Different regions will react differently  11 Identify appropriate format for different regions. A paid two full day training for ePMP won't work in every region.  Additional requirement:  - 100 training per quarter   - Develop training contents  - Publish training calendar for quarter  - Maintain quality of training and get the feedback
