Manager-Trade Marketing  One of our clients, A leading Consumer Goods organization is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.   Basic Job Purpose :   Job purpose :   - To grow the sales of consumer products by ensuring placement and promotion for the products at key regional and national level modern retail store chains.  - Complete ownership of sell-out from all Modern Retail stores. Conduct activations / consumer promotions and training / demos to ensure a smooth and fast sell-out of all products from outlets.  - Ensure sales targets for key accounts are met and exceeded.  - Ensure planning and execution of activation calendar for key accounts.  - Development of new key accounts.  - Increasing width of product range at existing accounts.  - Maintaining and nurturing a healthy relationship between key stakeholders of the key accounts, and the organization.  - Jointly sell-out targets for Modern Trade along with KAMs.  - Manage external vendors for Modern Trade activation.  - Develop and maintain trade marketing calendar in collaboration with KAMs.  - Execute activities to drive sell-out from stores.  - Establish brand equity in Modern retail through BTL activities and brand communication.  - Training and development of in-store demonstrator team.  Education & Experience :  - MBA with 7-10 yrs of experience in handling Trade marketing from Consumer goods companies.  If Interested apply with your profile with current CTC details.  Premnath Worksource Professional Bangalore
