Location: Indore-MP  Industry: Engineering /Textiles  Salary: 8-15 LPA  Job Responsibilities:  - Sr. Manager Technical Service & Sales has to manage the team of technical professionals like sales engineers, service engineers, supporting sales of the company's products i.e. Dust Collector Filter Bag, cages, venturis, Solenoid Valves, Timer cards and other accessories, solutions as well as services.   - He also has to manage customer situations and designs strategies necessary to maximize customer satisfaction, must have insights on process industries i.e. Thermal power plants, cement industries, steel industries, Chemical plants etc.   - Apart from that he also develops technical initiatives geared towards improving the effectiveness of the technical team.   - Sr. Manager-Technical Service & Sales assesses rewards and coaches technical sales professionals within the organization regarding technicality, end use, process of Installation & Commissioning at customer site of companies Products.   - He also has to provide support to front line sales people overseeing presentations, technical support together with customer presentations.  - He must be a self starter. Sales skills and technical knowledge is mandatory as he will be responsible for holding presentations and customer discussions.  - He must have good communication skills as the job entails developing and maintaining relationships with partners, customers, peers as well as the sales and marketing team.   - Responsible for all QC and QA department activities. Control the activities of centralized QC lab. Product (Fabric testing and finished good testing) and design development.  - Study and develop SOPs for different manufacturing stages. Monitor SOP implementation. Help in trouble shooting in production.  - Quality checking and developing new parameters in QC/QA process, passing for raw inputs, store and packing material.  Key Qualifications and Competencies:  - The candidate shall preferably have Engineering Degree. MBA qualification would be an added advantage. Proficiency in computer required.  - At least 9 years relevant work experience, 5 years of which must be at senior level in similar size organization preferably in an Engineering Industry. .  - Remuneration shall not be a constrain
