The person should already be at manager level from Radial tire working in Tire Building. Other areas experience of Compounding and final finish will be added advantage.   - Must have 12-15 years experience minimum.   - Should have good knowledge of tire Assembly, uniformity and balance expert.   - Knowledge of curing and final finish equipment, NPI will be additional benefit.   Key deliverables will be :  - Ensuring OE YIELD as per targets   - Establish and ensure sustainable systems for yield, uniformity, Balance .   - Control and reduce waste from Tire room  - Lead the FI pillar in tire room.   - Ensure quick industrialization of new sku to meet the target of Yield and waste.   - Lead the team in QTech to ensure synergy within the business center.   Willingness to shoulder more responsibilities and provide results in challenging environment.
