Manager / Team Leader Data Analyst:  - Lead analytics engagements to create new marketing insights from statistical modeling activities. Develop, implement and institutionalize methodologies and approaches.   - Leverage technology to connect and analyze big data. Manage and develop a team of high-perfoming analysts.   - Collaborate with the global data science team to share knowledge and jointly deliver on work.   - Help teams structure and deliver presentations describing complex insights in simple and clear manner that can be easily understood by non-technical stakeholders. Should be open to travel to client locations in India / abroad for short / long term duration depending on the project requirements  - Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field  - 6+ years of experiences including 2+ years of experience in media or advertising  - Strategic thinking  - Ability to create and manage an analytical roadmap  - Prior consulting experience  - Ability to coach and develop junior staff  - Strong verbal and written communication skills  - Expertise in at least one of R, SAS, or Python. Working knowledge of SQL. In addition, familiarity with (or ability to quickly learn, as needed) Python, Hadoop/Hive, Tableau  - Experience with one or more of the following: unsupervised classification methods, linear and logistic regression, discriminant analysis, dimensionality reduction, text mining, complex data management and transformation, multivariate testing.  The Company is a very renowned Digital Ad Agency.
