- Handling advisory services under Service Tax, Excise and VAT which includes:

- Taxability of the transaction

- Alternative structuring derivation

- Research on judicial precedents etc.

- Discussion on client queries and providing opinions on the same

- Drafting reply to notices and appeals

- Interaction with clients for finalizing and filling appeals

- Overseeing routine compliances under Service Tax, Excise and VAT which includes computations, registrations, returns, refunds, VAT audits and assessments

- Ability to work in a team

- Preparation of Case for opinions

- Keeping track of change in regulations & judgments

- Analysis of statutory provisions

- Regular updating technical knowledge.

- Conversant with upcoming GST laws
