Job Brief  We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant having an experience of 6-8 years who can lead the direct tax team. The knowledge of the filling of the foreign returns and payments and working with Big 4 Consulting (PwC, EY, KPMG or Deloitte) will be an added advantage  Qualifications: B.Com and C.A  Designation: Manager-Taxation  Job Profile:   Location : Mumbai  CTC : 12-15L  - Able to lead the team and make the decision independently with the minimum supervision   - Handled assessment proceedings and penalty proceedings independently   - Reviewing of tax provisions of various companies on quarterly basis  - Preparing the Tax Audits for all the companies  - Filing of the Income-tax Returns  - Application of Lower withholding tax applications  - Review of tax process followed by the companies and to ensure the compliance and efficiency  - Ensuring the smooth transition of the new companies acquire by the Group  - Quick turnaround time for the various withholding queries relating to the Domestic and International withholding DTAA.  - Assistance in month end reporting's and statutory and non statutory audits.  - Stakeholders Management and working across various teams  - Knowledge of transfer pricing   - Assistance in various mergers and acquisitions, undertaking due diligences as and when needed   - Good knowledge of MS Office  Reporting to: Senior Manager - Taxation based out of Gurgaon.
