Manager - Taxation - CA - BFSI

Our client a leading bank is looking for a Chartered Accountant for their Taxation Team

Job Location : Mumbai ( preffered only local candidates)

Experience : 2 - 5 years

- The job entails providing support in tax reporting and tax compliance to all business function across India.

- The scope of the tax coverage will include corporation tax, withholding tax, indirect tax (e.g. service tax, VAT/GST) and transaction tax in India.

- The candidate would require to manage the day to day tax compliance, have hands on knowledge of tax compliance, service tax and related regulatory filings.

- They would require to support in audit conducted for tax purposes such as tax audit, transfer pricing accountant report, VAT report etc.

- The candidate should also keep a track of tax related disputes and should devise strategy to manage audits, appeals and other queries raised by tax authorities.

- Preference will be given to candidate from financial services or consulting firms - candidates who have handled banks or finance companies as their clients.
