Manager - Tax & Legal  Duties and responsibilities :   - Responsible for managing and advising clients on India entry strategy   - Review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals and purpose partnering with country, regional and corporate finance, tax, legal business and operations terms   - Advise Clients on FEMA Issues  - Advice clients on timely and accurate filing of all corporate and personnel income tax returns   - Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the clients   - Advise Direct TAX issues  - Provide Support on SEZ Unit formalities and obtain statutory registrations for the clients   - Advise clients on withholding Tax issues  - Act as the key point of contact and support for our clients in taxation matters   - Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters to the clients   - Lead and coordinate ad-hoc tax-driven business initiatives   - Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations   - Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise  - Provide Tax Compliance ongoing and Ongoing SEZ support  - Identify and mitigate tax risks  - Manage tax provision and tax compliance process  - Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices  - Transfer Strategy   Qualifications :   - B Com and Chartered Accountant or MBA  Desired Skills :   - Min 8 to 10 years tax experience in public accounting firm (Big 4 preferred) and/ or MNC handling corporate tax and legal   - Technically strong with solid knowledge and experience in corporate tax  - Knowledge of International taxation laws and regulations with regional tax   - Prior experience in tax strategy implementation, planning support and project management will be advantageous.   - Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills   - Strong analytical and problem solving skills   - Possess good business acumen and highly adaptive.   - Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.   - Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision.   - Fast worker with ability to work well under stress
