We are looking for a Manager - Talent Management & Organization Development for a client with a global presence.

Working Conditions : 12 noon - 9 pm, 5 days, Cab Available for Female / INR 4500 deduction for Males
Role Definition:
- This role is responsible for driving, deploying and maintaining Organization Development initiatives that address the business unit's people and organization development needs in accordance with Organization Strategy.
- This position will work closely with Manager / Assistant Vice President, Organization Development to support and facilitate in a range of people and organization development initiatives that may include, but are not limited to: leadership development, talent strategy, supervisory/management training, employee development, performance management, change management, organization design and succession planning.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Takes lead within the business unit to assess needs and identify key opportunities, recommend and implement solutions that can be addressed through people and organization development interventions 20%
- Design and Implement identified organization development interventions through selection, design and delivery of services and programs that may include talent management, leadership development, change management etc. 25%
- Facilitates the alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture with key OD priorities. 15%
- Support deployment of business/function specific mentoring and high potential programs 10%
- Presents and interprets findings to various members of HR and business leaders; therefore must possess a keen ability to understand his/her audience and adjust presentation materials accordingly. 20%
- Develop high quality point of view documents, presentations and data reports for critical meetings as and when required 10%
