- Led the Talent Management function & other Organizational Development.

- Developed & cascaded the career paths framework across all levels within the organisation

- Designed a framework for identification, management & development of Hi Potentials.

- Introduced assessments as a part of the Hi Pot identification process to bring in more objectivity

- Ideal candidate would be 6+ years Exp in Strategic HR, Talent Management, Capability Building, Learning & Development, OD, Corporate HR & Business HR, PMS operations

- Full time MBA essential.
