- Introduced assessments as a part of the Hi Pot identification process to bring in more objectivity
- Ideal candidate would be 6+ years Exp in Strategic HR, Talent Management, Capability Building, Learning & Development, OD, Corporate HR & Business HR, PMS operations
- Full time MBA essential.
