- Taking Care campus recruitment

- Capability building by implementing robust training model.

- Hiring Talent pool from various institute

- Will be responsible for Talent pooling

- On boarding/Dashboards/Analysis/manpower Planning etc

- Design induction program and schedule

- Engagement program for B-School hired
