Experience: 10-15 years

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

- Build and develop recruitment strategies to fulfill business objectives

- Must be able to partner with Business Heads/ Managers to understand their business and hiring needs

- Must be able to plan, design and implement new innovation techniques to maximize joining ratios

- Must have experience in hiring for Captives

- Should bring experience in market mapping/intelligence and be abreast with the hiring trends across industries

- Must be able to coach and mentor large teams
