- 70% in recruitments & 30 % Generalist role
Job Profile:
- Legal Agreements with clients, partners & experts.
- Invoicing & Payment handling.
- Recruitment and Selection Process.
- On boarding and New Hire Induction.
- Maintaining Employee Records.
- Employee Engagement and Welfare Activities.
- Key and Critical Talent Management and Succession Planning.
- Managing the HR consultants and coordinating with them.
- Knowledge of Recruitment and hiring process through the portals.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent exposure to computerization.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Multi-tasking ability.
- Analytical and methodical approach.
- Accountable for results & deliverables.
