- Manage the recruitment process of both permanent and temporary staff.
Interact with the various recruitment vendors and liase with them for backfilling of open positions along with the business teams
Ensuring proper feedback is shared with the vendors / Candidates / Business Teams
Identify gaps in the current recruitment process and bridge the gaps
Engage in Salary negotiations and generate the offer letter for the prospective candidate
Coordinate for the smooth on-boarding of the new joiners
Coordinate for the induction process with the various departments
Coordinate with the external agency for background verification and medical reports
- Drive all company or HR initiatives across the region such as Performance Management, CSR activities, Reward and Recognition policies and all HR policies and procedures.
Ensure timely completion of the Probation, Mid year & Annual appraisal system
Liase with the business teams to ensure filling of the respective KRA's for all employees on time
Coordinate with the various departments for timely completion of the Probation appraisal of new joiners
Coordinate with the respective business SPOC's for ensuring the Rewards and Recognition programs are completed on time
Participate and conduct other employee engagement activities on a monthly basis
- Provide information to the Compensation & Benefits team on employee salary related matters such as LWOP, absconding, salary hold /deductions cases and employee separations.
Manage all the formalities in case of an employee exit, for ex. Exit interview, no dues settlements, providing inputs to payroll team on salary recovery etc
Share the details of the new joiners to the payroll and compensation team for smooth salary processing
Engaging with the bank representatives for ensuring smooth opening of the bank accounts on the day of the joining
- Coordinate and implement all regional level labour and statutory compliances as per the process.
- Ensure smooth running of the Human Resources Information System and timely update of personnel records of the employees.
Coordinate with the various stakeholders for timely updation of the personnel records of the employees
Manage Attendance system and solve related issues with the help of the internal partners
Prepare MIS for contract employees and check for any variance of the same
