Job location: Pune
Position Description: The Recruitment Manager guides and manages the provision of Human Resources for the company.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment of candidates as per the business requirements using various channels
- Developing relationship with campuses across the country for recruitment of candidates as required
- Building relationships with consultants for specific resourcing needs
- Developing the strategic resourcing plan for the business in consultation with the business teams
- Brand building initiatives aimed at attracting the right talent
Candidate Profile
- Should have minimum 6 years- experience and max 10 years in recruitment services
- Should have a post graduate qualification in HR
- Should preferably have experience in the services sector but it is not a must
- Should possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Should have a pleasing personality and the ability work with people at all levels
- Should have the willingness to travel as required
- Should have prior campus hiring experience
