Full Time MBA in HR (Mandatory)

Skills:
- To carry out campus recruitment activities (400+) for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs), Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs) and Graduate Trainees (GTs)
- To handle talent acquisition for lateral recruitments as business specifications.
- Ensure on time candidate sourcing, scheduling etc as per company guidelines.
- Handling recruitment for project trainees (200+) as per business requirements.
- Manage and administer the selection screens throughout the process.
- Management of entire database for campus and project trainee.
- Ensuring timely availability of talent pool as per business needs and specifications.
- Manage entire process with due brand guidelines of the company.
- Focus on finding and placing highly skilled employees as per specific business needs and travelling to colleges and universities PAN India to locate some of these potential employees
- Develop professional relationships with college placement staff and faculty and ability to take previously established contacts to the next level
- Cultivates a talent pipeline for entry level jobs and contributes to the growth of the business by identifying and delivering qualified and screened candidates
- Effectively able to communicate with the team on campus recruiting strategies and initiatives.
