Manager - Talent Acquisition - BFSI/BPO/FMCG/Retail

Experience - 4.5 to 7 years

- Create a WOW user experience for candidates through direct and meaningful engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle

- Leverage talent expertise, understanding of talent acquisition plans, business model, operations, competitive position and business group products to identify the top business priorities and make recommendations and influence internal stakeholders regarding talent acquisition.

- Responsible for hiring talent across the function

- Build a talent rich community comprising of targeted candidates

- Search and actively headhunt candidates through job portals, personal and social network for relevant job openings in the function

- Coordinate the entire recruitment process lifecycle

- Understand the requirements, create job description and align candidates to available positions accordingly

- Develop and maintain shortlists for hiring managers

- Conduct initial screening of candidates

- Cultivate relationships with all candidates for future job openings

- Develop and execute the sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates

- Run sourcing campaigns

- Work effectively with social media profiles and online job portals

- Work towards targets and close open positions as per the agreed timelines
