Job Description

- To Mange end to end Talent Acquisition needs for the Retail Capital markets business

- Work along with the Recruitment team to ensure closure of mandates

- Work on Manpower planning and budgeting for the businesses.

- Delivering the budgeted resource plans / numbers

- Actively searching for suitable candidates Delivering innovative sourcing strategies / solutions to meet business growth needs and generate diverse pools of applicants, using an effective mix of internal and external channels
