Job Description:  Position title: Manager Supply Chain Finance/ Compliance  Business Unit: Supply Chain  Location: Mumbai  Role Overview: Monitor Supply Chain Finance for 34 manufacturing units and ensure compliance.  Illustrative Responsibilities:	  - Monthly financial reporting for supply chain  - Putting in right compliance framework in place in view of new companies act  - Monitoring slow moving inventory & its reduction plan  - Minimize write offs  - Involves in order management and warehouse decisions  - Capex spend monitoring  - Working on special projects and COGS reduction  Minimum requirements:  - 2-6 years CA (First attempt)  - Prior Experience in handing Finance for supply Chain  - Must have worked for a Pharma /FMCG organisation.  Knowledge and Skills:  - Superior communication skills and articulation ability  - Good planning and organization skills  Personal Qualities:  - Proactive, and results focused  - Adaptable to change and flexible  - Openness and eagerness to reach out beyond mandate.   Competencies:  Leadership Profile Competencies:   - Results & Performance Driven  - Collaboration & Teaming  - Self-Awareness & Adaptability	  Functional Skills & Competencies:   - Ability to collaborate with Operations, and cross functional teams.  - Results and performance driven
