Job Description:  The role has three spectrum to it:   1.	Understand: Understand all the initiatives/projects going all across various verticals such as marketing, sales, production, vendor management, distribution, reporting, accounting etc.   2.	Monitor, Analyze & Improve:   a.	Monitor & Analyze all projects with their stakeholders.   b.	Improve process efficiency of the various processes.   3.	Plan: Plan various projects for the organization across verticals based on the current business.   During all three phases, a key requirement is to be able to constantly convince and evangelize to peers, management and the development team about the right things to do, by bringing in the customer perspective.
