Manager- Strategy & Operations - Financial Services  As an S&O practitioner you will work closely with clients to develop deep understanding of business, secure clients’ buy-in to strategic solutions, and work alongside clients to implement those solutions.   Depending on the engagement, your role could be end-to-end across the project life cycle or through a subset of the project phases that cover:   - Proposal Development  - Project Delivery   - Deliverable Development   - Final Recommendation/Presentation   - Implementation Support   Key Responsibilities:  - Has experience in product strategy and development, operations   - Manage strong independent relationships with clients at senior positions.   Brand and Eminence Building:   - Contribute in creating a position of market eminence and visibility for the Firm.   - Participate in advising clients on strategic issues and understanding client’s needs.   - Contribute to ongoing brand building and eminence initiatives of the Firm.   - Work planning and status reporting will be an integral part of the role.   Skills Required:   Previous track record of:   - Account Management   - Preparing proposals   - Executing and Managing Projects   - Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation and report writing   - Define problems and recommend solutions to clients   Preferably Post Graduation from 2004-2006 Batch
