Manager - Strategy - Microfinance

Location : Kolkata

The detailed JD is provided herein below.

- Driving new strategic initiatives e.g. partnership models with banks, Design of New Vision / Mission / Strategy, launch of new CSR programs, new partnerships and alliances being explored to offer new products and services to customers, new capital and debt raising initiatives, M&A opportunities.

- Interacting with a bunch of stakeholders from banks, investors, customers, field staff, experts and other businesses in this space

- Build business plans from ideas, analyse and evaluate options,come up with solutions to business challenges, create plans and make projects - go-live- from those plans.

Person Requirements:

- MBA / Masters with 3-5 years of experience in Strategy, Social Services, etc

- Dynamic, articulate with a strong commitment to inclusive initiatives for development

- Should possess a keen sense of business and ability to think differently
