Key Responsibilities :  - Plan and execute innovation in strategy & services under CEO's guidance  - Build business expansion plans organically and inorganically by way of new products/ services & help develop strategy to enter new geographies.  - Project manages the new business initiatives, ensure competitive, financial and strategic feasibility in a timely and efficient manner.  - Lead research initiatives & develop business plans to support the decision making process in line with TASC long & short term goals  - Conduct online & on ground market research and share analysis with leadership team for the different projects.  - Assist in sales planning, present business plans, tracking information and gap analysis. Analyse data and suggest strategies to address gaps and identify opportunities  - Assimilating Sales intelligence including analysis related to emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, and viability of outside business partners, internal business performance and business process improvement.  Key Deliverables :  - Execution of research assignments ranging from market segmentation, current and future growth key trends, viability of new business ideas.  - Competition landscaping  - Preparation of entry, diversification, divestiture and expansion strategies  - Due diligence and feasibility studies  - Implementation of the identified projects along with business teams  - Other Ad-hoc research
