Job Description : Manager - Strategy & Corporate Development   Job responsibilities :  - To assist executive leadership in evaluation of corporate strategy and strategic options  - For an identified corporate strategic option assist in carrying out in-depth evaluation of both external and internal parameters applicable to a professional services business with international affiliation / tie-ups  - Assist in evaluation of specific identified in-organic /acquisition opportunity, the in-depth evaluation to cover both financial and non-financial parameters, synergies, investment needs, Value Creation Opportunities and Cost optimization Strategies etc  - To coordinate, follow-up and project monitor specific projects (covering the above)  - Assist in drawing up negotiation issues, prioritisation, strategy  - Carryout Industry-Sector analysis, scenario planning, macroeconomic trend analysis  - Environment scanning and understanding of economic data & trends to co-relate with the evaluation.  Requirements :  - 7+ years of relevant experience  - Ability to articulate concepts to Senior Leadership  - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)  - Strong analytical skills, good business acumen  - Expert in MS office  - Candidates should have more of business analytics, M&A exposure.  - Innovative/ Out of box thinking
