- Effective channel partner management
- Lay down channel sales strategies for the business towards enhancing product sales and revenue.
- Leverage relationship with existing channel partners to target customers.
- Keep track of the channel margins, profitability of various channels, channel expenses etc. to assess the effectiveness of the channel strategy and business performance.
- Develop proposed budgets and ensure that the channel budget is utilized expeditiously as per the annual budget guidelines and work towards bringing maximum cost efficiency.
