Manager/Sr Manager - VAS

Position: Manager/Sr.Manager - VAS

Profile:

- This profile heads the SMS/Data/Voice portfolio in VAS portfolio and is responsible for revenue enhancement and penetration of usage of various VAS services in SMS/Data/Voice

- Launch of new products and services.

- Front end coordination with Telco/vendor to drive revenue from existing/ new services and maintain the best of VAS hygiene of beter customer experience.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverable:

- Coordination with telecom corporate and circles for product placement/promotions

- Market Intelligence: Complete tracking of industry developments in VAS

- Increasing penetration & operation delivery of existing/new services across VAS platform.

- VAS Upselling & Revenue Generation

- VAS Revenue Enhancement: VAS Revenue Management as per AOP, Increasing VAS ARPU, Increasing VAS AS % to gross revenue

- Responsible for day to day co-ordination with all circles to drive revenue of VAS services
