Job Description:
- Ensure process hiring requirements are met on time.
- Ensure proper channel mix of vendors, campus, walkins, etc.
- Vendor development to get more vendors.
- Control cost per hire by through proper source mix.
- Manage a team of recruiters.
Requirements:
- Min 5+ years experience into Volume / Bulk hiring for International BPO's of repute.
- MBA / PGDBA is preferable.
- Proven track record of volume hiring in an international call center environment.
- Manage & acquire new vendors to support on-time hiring
