A leading bank is seeking to hire the undersaid

Designation: Manager/Sr.Manager

Job Description:

Develop and execute Self Service Channel deployment strategy. Deliver a high performing Self Service Channel footprint by collaborating with external partners (ATM deployers) and internal stakeholders

1.Develop a pan India, location-wise Self Service Channel footprint based on an analysis of following variables

a.Existing customer base / card base and current deployment levels

b.Commercial viability of deploying an ATM

c.Customer profile (including affluence levels, SEC category)

d.Visibility for the brand

e.Projected footfall (e.g. malls railway station, etc.)

f.Branch footprint

g.Cash availability / replenishment / cash collection feasibility

h.Deployment models (Hole in the wall, kiosk, dedicated lobby and such others) and their suitability, financial viability w.r.t. to the location

i.Existing transaction data

j.Regulatory requirements (e.g. ATMs required in unbanked locations)

k.Likely additional business by offering ATM as a part of bouquet of services

l.Competitor customer base (e.g. locations with a high PSU card base which is underserved in terms of ATM density)

2.Responsible for achieving targeted average daily transaction traffic within 3 months of deployment.

a.Analyze the ATM wise transaction data and develop solutions for improving the transaction average (closure / relocation of low performing ATMs, diverting customer traffic through customer awareness campaign and such other initiatives).

b.Study the deployment models of other Banks (both local and international) through primary, secondary research and propose revisions in the deployment model if required

3.Responsible for deployment of all Self-service terminals (ATMs, BNAs, Cheque Deposit Machines, Self Service Lobbies) for an entire region. Each Region containing 6 circles as on date.

4.Manage Independent ATM Deployers (IADs) as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for delivering deployment numbers allotted to the above mentioned 6 Circles

a.Study and share best practices amongst existing IADs

b.Propose and pilot new initiatives for improving channel profitability (viz. Mobile ATM, solar Based ATMs etc.)

c.Identify potential bottlenecks for effective deployment and interact with both internal stakeholders and external partners for resolving the same

5.Develop and implement alternate deployment models for different space constraints and different brand objectives.
