Manager/Sr Manager - Process/Business Excellence - Black Belt - Insurance

Opportunity at Mid-Sr. Level in Process/ Business Excellence profile with a leading global MNC in Noida

www.spectral.in is hiring for a Leading Global Insurance company Headquartered in US. We are on a look out for suitable candidates (Six Sigma - Black Belt level / Re-engineering stint) for Manager/ Sr. manager level in Business/ Process Excellence profile.

Job Description:

- Lead/ participate in the Strategic Projects which may include Process Excellence, Process re engineering, Black belt projects in different domains globally)

- Responsible for relationship management with the customers/ key stakeholders.

- Check Progress at every level on the Strategic Projects assigned to Team.

- Manage and execute the action items / escalations reported by the stakeholders

- Ability to analyze gaps and conduct root cause analysis and provide innovative solutions to the business / stakeholders.

- Should have leadership skills like: relationship management, collaboration, facilitation, and influencing

Desired Profile:

- Preferring 8-12 Years of Relevant experience in ITES industry / Similar environment

- Graduates with at least 15 years of experience.

- MBA from a premier/reputed educational institute an advantage

- Must be open to work in 2-11 PM Shift.

- Should have strong experience in Business excellence / consulting roles

- Six Sigma Black Belt level / Re-engineering stint

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, specially Excel along with strong Presentation Management

- Excellent analytical and research skills

- Develops relationships with client internal / external personnel.
