We have vacancy for Manager-Marketing & Client Servicing for our clients who are a professionally managed organisation based in Worli, Mumbai. The organisation aims to provide retail-analytics solutions to help kiranas & general stores to professionalise & automate their processes with a view to improving their efficiency, turnover & profitability. Our clients will enable small & medium sized retail outlets to analyse the fmcg brand offtake trends at the retail stores to provide solutions to vastly improve thes sales & profitability of the outlets. Manager-Client Servicing & Solutions

Job Profile: The organisation is building a client servicing team to develop relationships & business from FMCG companies through offerings of Business Insights, Operating / Demand Chain Automation and Shopper /Consumer Relationship & Bonding.

Job Description

- Build and manage an ongoing business relationship with major clients - FMCG as well as 3rd party alliances

- Understand the ever evolving requirements of clients and service them with the client's bouquet of products

- Work with Team Lead Client Initiatives and Functional Head to create customized solutions as per the FMCG brands challenges and needs, using existing and new platforms/products

Internal Interfaces

- Liaison with Product Architecture, Technology & Sales teams

External Interfaces

- Liaison with FMCG brands to design and develop solutions for major FMCG brands

Candidate Profile: MBAs with 3-8 years experience in fmcg marketing or marketing services (advertising, media buying, market research). Must have experience in handling FMCG/consumer healthcare/ OTC products. Exposure to ground activation, trade marketing, sales promotions etc will be an added benefit

Desired skills - Functional

- Marketing oriented mindset with ability to translate research insights into actionable marketing campaigns

- Detailed exposure to Market research, Retail audits

- Hands on experience on Consumer insights and activation, Handling of Brand Advertising & Promotions Budgets would be a bonus
