Role : Manager/Sr. Manager - Brand Communication  Department: Marketing  About the Role:  - He/she will work as part of the Marketing team.   - The incumbent will be responsible for managing the brand communication on both B2B & B2C side along with working with senior level stake holders.   - The role is for one of India’s largest internet portals. The role reports to the AVP Marketing.  Key Responsibility Areas:  - To work with ad agencies to develop all brand and product communication   - To work closely with the sales teams and execute marketing promotions to meet brand objectives.  - To ensure consistency in all the Marketing Communications.  - To manage ground level execution of events as part of Customer Outreach  - To proactively go out and work on barter alliances right from first level of scouting, identification, making presentations etc and formalizing relationships after due consultation with the senior management team.  - To monitor & track brand health, conduct research, cull out information which is relevant and act as a support for the brand  Career Path for this Role:  - The role will grow into taking care of Brand for an entire Business Vertical or move into a specialist role after successfully completing the tenure.  Requirements:  - MBA - HR from Tier I campuses like MDI, IMT, MICA, SIBM, NMIMS, IIMs etc.   - 1-3 Years of experience into Hands on Brand communication roles  - Someone willing to get his/her hands dirty   Competencies required to do this job well:  - Collaboration & Team Work  - Focus on Results  - Customer Focus  - Execution Excellence  - Effective Communication  - Entrepreneurial Orientation  - Innovation and Openness to Learning
