Manager/Sr Manager - Legal - Transaction Advisory

Currently working on an opening for the position of Manager / Sr. Manager - Legal (Transaction Advisory) with one of the largest corporate house in India

Job Description:

- Participate and support in M&A activities undertaken by the Group Businesses by conducting legal due diligence, drafting/reviewing transaction and ancillary documents and to facilitate in achieving the business purpose.

- Draft, review or structure agreements to mitigate the risks of the Group Businesses

- Provide legal advisory services, ensure compliance mechanism to Group Businesses on - Laws relating to Product Declaration- and also creating awareness.

- Effectively managing the litigation involving Group Businesses by reviewing the facts, assessing the merits, highlighting risks and suggest the way forward to minimize risk.
