Position: Manager/ Sr Manager - Learning & Development
Role:
- To look after the L&D function at the Company
- Would report into the Head-HR
- Role includes Conceptualisation, Design and Delivery across the group - of both functional and behavioral skills training
- Role will also involve OD interventions
- Responsible for employee development, skill enhancement, competency mapping, content creation, delivery and evaluation of training effectiveness
- The incumbent should be strong in some areas (Sales Training/soft skills training) so as to be able to design and deliver content on those areas
Education: MBA
Experience: 10-18 years
Requirements:
- 10-18 years of experience with experience in managing the L&D function in a manufacturing/ services company
- The incumbent should be strong in some areas (Sales Training/soft skills) so as to be able to design and deliver content on those areas
- Should have exposure to OD Interventions in a process oriented company
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate, impart learning and work with all levels of staff at the corporate offices, factory sites, sales force etc.
