Role: Manager/Sr. Manager-Invoicing
Location: Chennai
Role and responsibilities
- To manage the team generating invoices
- To ensure that invoices are generated as per the agreed terms in the contract
- To ensure accuracy and timely issuance of invoices
- To ensure correctness of cost and revenue accounting for all the invoices
- To verify the data and documents and issue credit notes
- To work on continuous improvement of all invoicing process
- To handle queries on the invoices
- To handle any specific or critical transactions / situations
- To understand the invoicing requirements, consult with concerned managers and respond to them accordingly
- Providing necessary documents for Audit and handle audit queries
Required Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivables, Invoice Generation.
- Good communication skills
- Team management skills.
- Ability to work with all internal stakeholders
